WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When you place an order with Frame.Today there is certain information you provide us with to complete your order. This is:

  • Your name, address, and any other shipping details provided to us through Squarespace Checkout Process 
  • The Instagram photos where you have commented #frametoday
  • Your Instagram username

DO WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION?

The only time Frame.Today will store any of your information will be to temporarily store your photos that you want us to frame. All purchasing processes will be through the secure Squarespace checkout process, which will house all information provided.

PHOTO CONTENT AND COPYRIGHT

  • You are responsible for making sure that the content of your photos does not violate copyright or any other laws.
  • Frame.Today has no rights over the images that it frames for you. Frame.Today is simply a printing and framing service.

  • We never share your information with third parties.

Refund Policy

  • Our customer must document the incident, take detailed images of the issue, and send that to us in a descriptive email. We will respond inside of 48 hours with our feedback.
